1. Who we are
This website and the Services are operated by NeuralVoice Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company registration number 15208364), with its registered office in Leeds, United Kingdom.
These terms govern your use of this website and any NeuralVoice products or services ("the Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other customers at risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- make unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited calls, or calls that breach telemarketing and privacy regulations;
- impersonate another person or organisation without permission;
- upload content that infringes someone else's rights or contains malicious code;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the platform.
4. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the knowledge, recordings and data you provide. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate and improve the Services for you, in line with our Privacy Policy and any data-processing agreement in place.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. Usage beyond plan allowances is charged at the published rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your contract.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability and publish status information openly, but the Services are provided "as is" unless a service-level agreement forms part of your contract. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance wherever practical.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, software, voices and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you beyond the right to use the Services as described.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach with notice. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our retention policy.
10. Changes and contact
