1. Scope
The data controller for this website is NeuralVoice Ltd, company registration number 15208364, registered office Leeds, United Kingdom.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, contact us or use the NeuralVoice platform, why we collect it and the rights you have over it. Where we process call data on behalf of a customer, that customer is the controller and we act as processor under a data-processing agreement.
2. Data we collect
- Contact details you give us through forms, demos or email — name, email address, phone number, company.
- Account data — login details, billing information and settings.
- Conversation data — audio, transcripts and summaries from calls handled by the platform, where enabled by the customer.
- Usage data — pages visited, device and browser information, and analytics events (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use it
- to provide, secure and improve the Services;
- to respond to enquiries and arrange demos;
- to send product updates and marketing you have agreed to receive (you can opt out at any time);
- to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, telephony, analytics, support tooling) under written contracts, with customers whose assistants you have spoken to, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Data is hosted in the UK/EU by default. Where data leaves those regions we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Conversation data is retained according to the customer's configured policy and deleted or anonymised afterwards.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights email Jeremy@neuralvoicesai.com. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection regulator.
8. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging and regular testing. See Security & Data Protection for more detail.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and, where they are significant, notify account holders directly.
